Brianne is currently a first year PhD student here in the Molecular Rheumatology research group. After receiving her B.Sc. in Biology from Lehigh University in 2018, she went on to work as a laboratory technician within the Andrology Lab at the Weill Cornell Center for Reproductive Medicine in New York. There her research focused on male infertility, specifically looking for potential biomarkers for non-obstructive azoospermia. In 2020 Brianne received an M.Sc. in Immunology from Trinity College Dublin, having undertaken a three-month research project with Prof. Fearon as part of her master’s thesis. Her research interests focus on fibroblast metabolism in Rheumatoid Arthritis and how it contributes to disease pathogenesis.
